Answer – The Christmas lights that we offer to our customers have a lot more flexibility. We can unscrew each bulb and put in any color that the customer would like. This offers an unlimited amount of possibilities for the years to come with your Holiday lighting displays. The LED sets we offer also more often than not come with more than one diode in each bulb so they will be much brighter. They are also much more durable and have longer bulb life in most cases.

Answer – We usually start to see calls coming in right before Halloween. It slowly picks up and come Black Friday weekend we are usually VERY busy! The sooner you call the better.

Answer – Yes we can. We do have to inspect the lights before we install them to make sure they are in good working order and free from any defects. We can’t offer a warranty on bulbs burning out on Christmas light that were not purchased through D-Tek Christmas Creations.

Answer – If you bought Christmas lights through D-Tek Christmas Creations we do guarantee that none of them will burn out or break while they are up. If any do happen to go out (this is pretty rare but can happen) we will come back out free of charge and replace the bulb or bulbs that went out.

Answer – They usually take around 3-6 hours. They can take longer depending on how many lights there are to install and how complicated the design is.

Answer – Yes you do. It will be broken down on the invoice how much each item costs and it is included in the total price. You are not renting the lights, timers, clips etc from us. They are yours!

Answer – Yes we can. There is a fee for this. The price depends on how many bins of lights, cords there are to store. Price to store a typical 2 story house’s lighting display is usually around $85.

Answer – No you do not. Our install teams can complete the installation with you at home or not. We do ask that you leave any side gates unlocked so we can have access to all the outside power outlets of your home.
